Wet dreams nightfall

hello everyone im on nofap since last 30 days but on the 31th day i had a wet dream (night fall) so i wanna know that did i relapsed?? my motivation is now going downwards :disappointed: how can i differentiate between nightfall and ejaculation please someone guide me thank you.

Assure yourself. Wet dream is not relapse. Because it is involuntary. No need to worry.
It’s just extra build up getting out of the body.

I agree, I wouldn’t count it as a failure. Don’t use it as an excuse to dig yourself up on deeper into the hole again, continue with your streak and avoid looking at stuff that might influence your dreams, normally when I have dreams like that is because I been thinking about sex a lot or just peeking at porn, so if something similar to that is Happening to you try to avoid it.
