I would agree that P is the big problem. If you can get rid of it first (and minimise fantasising
about real people and pornstars) that would uproot a big part of the addiction. At least for me, I couldn’t enjoy M without P. So, naturally I think I would do it much less frequently if I was doing NoPorn. But, I’ve been on NoPMO hard mode for 180+ days and even now I sometimes get strong urges to watch P, not so much to M. My battle now is to stop entertaining flashbacks and preventing any peeking, even looking at profiles of pornstars on “safe” social media.
Dopamin rush is what makes you addicted. You get addicted to that mainly. Fap without p is still giving you a dose.

Well, I did go almost 3 weeks without consuming p. a month or two ago. During this time, I did fall for M* in the second week.
But looking back, it did increase my confidence that I can go long time without p. Surprisingly my desire for it diminished in the second week. No idea, why I relapsed. Maybe out of habit.
But I believe I am sensitive to orgasm in general. It makes me a different person almost. So, ideally it would be best for me to not have any orgasm at all.
