Just watched out of stress, did nothing just stared at it for hours. Is it a relapse ? If it is already a relapse, fapping to it makes any difference or it is better to not fap even though just looking at porn is relapse.
Please advice.
Watching Pornography would always be considered a relapse to me! To completely recover you’ve gotta get these videos and images out of your head or in moments of urges your brain will use it against you. Whether its not a relapse is still ultimately up to you!
It would have been better if you fapped and didn’t watched porn… Coz watching porn does more damage to the brain as compared to fapping… Watching porn is always a relapse… But it doesn’t mean when ever you are stressed you start fapping , it also does the damage to brain , but if you compare it with porn it’s less…
Thanks bro, I’m never watching that shit never.
I didn’t watch it for about 30 days, yesterday I found a loop hole in my blocker which happened to unlock all my browsers and one lead by other leading to porn that too it’s 3d cartoon animated, I don’t watch Homan porn. But I don’t find any difference
Aaaaa frustrated inner screams
Men, you’re depending on crutches! I’m seeing this in this forum time and time again, as you wrote,
I don’t want to say that blockers are bad in and of themselves, but they come with the problems that seem to create in us. Look, you’ve found a hole, therefore you jumped into it, and as you said, one step took you to another. Blockers seem to be not like a wall that protects and needs plastering, but crutches without which we fall to our knees to our despair.
I have this story… I had a broken leg, in a certain sense, and surely enough I needed to walk with crutches for some time. However, at that time my parents ask the lead doctor about stabilizer for the knee. He answered with something that made me go through the whole healing process in a very different way. “Pain is the best stabiliser” is what he said. So I struggled but never gave in, perhaps except for the times when I started to work out by myself to regain all the power in my leg. But by then I know how not to move in order for the let not to be painful. And now I’m a few years down the line and my leg is in perfectly fine condition. Maybe slightly worse than before, but that’s how it goes with the kind of problem I had. But here I stand, stronger for all the experience I had at the time.
I’m not saying that it is all exactly the same with ■■■■and PMO, but you can take this story and translate it to ■■■■in parts you see relevant. A piece of my story - I’ve used blockers from time to time only to see myself fail. Now since I started using this app, I have had no blockers whatsoever and see, I’m 85 days in and counting.
I saved your msg. It’s worth it.
Glad to hear that, friend! I hope it helps you get back on track, whichever you choose for yourself - but keep in going and keep in trying!
I’m really glad and humbled to have this forum as a part in this journey. The support we get here is great even though it’s from random people but it comes at right time and movement. It’s really motivating, thanks for your words bro. I can assure you after that insightful msg I wouldn’t let down myself.
