Things you should do as Nofap recovery:

  1. Eat ginger : It increases your testosterone levels and it will definitely help you as a husband😉

  2. Eating smashed garlic : 2 or 3 slices are enough. It increases your sperm motility.

  3. Eat banana daily : It increases your sperm count and produce happy hormones

  4. Eat dates daily : 2 or 3 are enough!! It increases sperm count too

  5. Exercise regularly and drink water more
