Don’t quote me on this one l no doctor with terminologies and all but I think it’s the same thing but just different words. So choose which one you like because I think they have the same meaning and purpose

They both mean different but are complimentary i.e. if one if present the other will always be there. Nightfall is the nocturnal emission of semen during sleep and it only happens when you have a wet dream. Wet dream is a dream in which you indulge in any kind of sexual activity or watch someone to be indulging in it. So, wet dream is a dream while nightfall is ejaculation of semen while sleep. I think this is the best answer with which anyone would come up with.

my Vote is Yes Since there is difference between nightfall and Wetdream.
As the name defines wet dream means ejaculation of semen through bad/dirty dream. You cannot control it because there is script registered in your subconscious mind through your previous porn consumption. Wet dream will stop when the consumed content will fade away from your mind.
Nightfall happens when semen exceed the limit in your body or due to excess quantity of semen in body at the time of sleeping. There is no bad dream but sometime we notice that semen is automatically ejaculated through body.
So wet dream is ejaculation of semen through dirty dream but nightfall happens in case of excess semen.

That’s correct,but in my case i neither get night fall or wet dreams.
I only get ‘dirty’ dreams sometimes,but without any ejaculation or nightfall idk why, I’ve got only 2 nightfalls in my entire life lol.
