So trying to get rid of habit become easy if u have other habits to think about
I usually think to do that pmo stuff when i had nothing to do that thoughts automatically comes as the mind is trained to think about when u r doing nothing
So new habits is a must
Or think about how u can do better in life in terms of fame, money or passion
So create a life as u r free to do it
And u dont have to fight that urges when u know u r busy
