Turned 26 this year , given two serious attempts 2022, 2023 . 2024 was full depression and negativity. I m ready and fully motivated for 2025 upsc and pcs attempt.

You can do it brother. Depression is normal, do not give yourself free time. Study like a farmer who works tirelessly in fields.

Listen to everyone, but don’t be impacted by everything. Just remember whats useful to you and forget the rest.
As for nofap, don’t think too much about it. The major problem is that we keep thinking about it and ruin the process, if you’ve relapsed, its ok, you can still study, so get back to study. Once you get focussed on things that matter, things like nofap, depression etc cannot find a way to arrive. Calmness, patience, passivity and working hard with your head down is the way to go brother. Aim is to not get caught in materialism, but know that we do fall here and there, but its important to return than to stay there and beat yourself to it. Even Buddha and Mahavir left their homes at 30, and it took them several failed attempts and several years to finally win it, you are only a man. So forgive yourself, and get on with actual job at your disposal.
