l am excited to begin this journey with you all.
Yes i do everyday but trying to take back control. Because i feel like its draining me physically and emotionally. Who likes to get drained and walk like a zombie in streets.
So Yes i begin nofap for “more energy”.
Anyway why i need more energy?
Because i wish to grow as a person at many levels (studies,job,more money,more spiritual,more healthy,more romantic,better family)
The energy i carry right now was not enough.
