I’m on day 28 looked at a couple images and lingered longer than I should off,now triggered any advice to get though without relapsing.

or if you arent tired go to park and play some sports or do a calisthenic workout

Hey bro, I have a way that might work Drinking lots of water is effective in reducing stress Because if the body lacks water, it will become dehydrated and that causes stress and maybe I just share a little

Adding on to wonderful advices here.
Delete that app where u are watching this images or put a strict law on smartphone use. For example 》No use of it when bored, faltline, pass time. No use while lying on bed.
Only using it for good purpose.
