Setting up the field.
Ditch everything useless. Keep only the essentials in focus.
Split it into four parts.
A: Mastered but needs revision
B: Studied but needs clarity and brushing
C: Studied but feels chaotic
D: Completely untouched.
Part A
This is light work. Spend 30 minutes first thing in the morning flipping pages like Sukuna slicing you through curses. Map out a 40 day run planning how much you’ll need to do everyday to glaze through this material in 40 days. Do not exceed 30 minutes. You might feel like giving more but ignore the feeling. Familiarity is the goal here not mastery.
Part B
Dedicate 3 hours daily for 40 days. Remember to map out how much you’ll need to do everyday and adjust your speed accordingly.
Part C and D
This where the grind would feel heavy and you gotta have heart. Give 4 hours to this. Again to remember to map out.
Mock Battles
Take a full syllabus mock test every second day. Day X, day X+2, day X+4 and so on. Time 3 hours.
On the odd days, day X+1, day X+3, day X+5, review the mistakes. Time 3 hours again.
- Fix concepts.
- Memorize forgotten formulas and concepts.
- Ignore calculation errors. Practice will sharpen them.
- Weird questions with weird solutions? Memorize for now. You don’t have time to chase answers to these.
You’ll be making an analysis notebook for this.
In this way, you’ll do 10 papers in 20 days. These papers should be previous years’ preferably. After this, do the same 10 papers again. Doing 10 papers twice is better than doing 20 papers. The time for analysis can be given to new papers after 20 days if you want to push yourself. But for the first 20 days, do only this.
A necessary morning ritual
- Meditate for 2 minutes. There’s an app called Atom you can use for this.
- Workout for 15 minutes.
- Fuel up while eating breakfast. Listen to a 10 minute Ben Lionel Scott motivation finishing breakfast in the same duration. It’s not about motivation but ingraining those regimental principles in your brain, making them echo inside your head throughout the day.
These three things will serve as fuel for your daily grind.
The 40 Day Battle Plan
I gave you is 10.5 hours. Not 16. Why? Because you might not have superhuman motivation everyday and second executing it with mock or its analysis well crushes the effort of a 13 hour study which is already a lot. But if you feel like studying extra, go ahead. Treat it as bonus study. But don’t make a plan beyond 10.5 hours inclusive mock.
Utilize smart breaks to keep your output sharp and stress low
Every 30 minutes during your study, take a 2 to 4 minute break. Celebrate progress by playing some anime soundtracks. Keep the vibe and carry it. But don’t open RC.
RC comes last
Open Rewire only at night when everything’s done. It can be really distracting. Send updates in challenges and don’t overindulge. Limit its usage to a bare minimum for now.
Thor Motivation
If the fire within feels too hot and you feel like I can do everything even conquer the world with my hammer, you don’t have to dip your toes in the necessary morning ritual I gave you. Dive headfirst into your studies. Although this superhuman motivation is very unreliable and unstable. So better rely on discipline and rituals.
