The rules which are:
No missing tasks from tomorrow onwards. Relapse = failure. Missing tasks on 3 or more days = failure.
Let me know if you want any changes to your tasks as well, so I can modify this post

Iβve slightly modified my goals to reduce them. Want to start well and improve with time.
If you wish @PrDr we can start with fewer goals, compulsorily add at least 1 more in day 14 and 1 more in day 21. Currently we are on day 5.
Sure @debellator . As for tasks, I will have to cut out reading self-help, working on creative outlet and meditation/ exercise. The thing is, 3 of my most important exams are suddenly being held the next month within a span of 10 days, so Iβm not able to find any extra time. Iβll update the tasks.

back sprain is annoying.
tomorrow I will not be doing exercise except some stretches and shoulder rehab. I will focus more on my creative output and work goals.
