Day 1 guys. CS 2 days.

Yesterday was full of pressure at my job. you know what, when we are free, we are more prone to fapping. We need to keep ourselves occupied. Meditation is a way of relaxing that increases dopamine level along with decreasing mental lazyness. 2 days of meditation at morning, and im feeling fresh. AVOID social media. I generally relapse because of social mediaโ€™s sudden triggering. For the last 2 days im using social media for only 30/40 minutes daily. I olan to decrease the time spent further. Pray for me and all people.

Meditate, Workout, Caffeine. Thats All.

Day 10 check in. The hell week itโ€™s far over my position. The routine has stablished and now days pass like a blow. The sun rises in the horizon. How could I forget that wonderful paint it is a sky full of white clouds and the father, the sun, golden in the center, warming and hugging us in his glory?! Adorate the sun! Praise the sun!

When you say to yourself donโ€™t watch nothing means DONโ€™T WATCH NOTHING. My advice is that. Just an image or a draw, or a paint or a story about p*** can make you feel a strong urge all day. Believe me, you donโ€™t want a voice in your mind all day long remembering why itโ€™s fun jerking off about x image or whatever. It is like a mosquito in the middle of the night, literally a shit. I hope this will help you.

Well Iโ€™m on day 25. Itโ€™s not a long streak but it will!
Well the thing helped me is getting out of comfort zone. Make a to do list and complete it + daily exercise and meditation. If you are studying, studying at home then leave the home go to the library or wherever you want but donโ€™t stay at home. Here what Iโ€™m trying to say is leave the place where you fap and whenever you feel like watching โ– โ– โ– โ–  switch off your mobile give it to your parents or siblings or friend and take a deep breath and figure it out why you want to watch โ– โ– โ– โ– , is it helpful to you?
Exercise everyday no matter what +meditation.
After a few days you wonโ€™t feel like doing all this, but now itโ€™s on you, itโ€™s your choice what you want to doโ€ฆ
