Read chapter 10β:sweat_smile: and 11 today. Lot of info. Also I want to confess . I relapsed yesterday. It was late late night. I was not having any sleep . So due to stress and headache I though of doing a session
. Although I was disgusted by thought of pmo. I searched for pics of anime girls 
then relapsed.I see this as sign of improvement . I donβt see this as a failure as I was really not wanting to watch p anyhow. So yeah, easy peasy is great. Lets kill little monster and erase big monster .

Itβs good you said to read one chapter a day but I readed 6 chapter although entries is closed but I read it illegally

sorry, was caught up in a lot of work hence unable to continue this.
