I am planning to take a break from this forum for the time being. Reason - It act as a distraction than helping me improve. Its quite hard to balance with studies. Two , I want to live a life in such a way that I dont want to think about this addiction.
I have not relapsed lol. I am in a good mood. When I am in a bad mood , I would go ghost for a couple of days. So why am I updating here ? I want to say to @debellator that if there is a possibilty to replace me from the Avatar challenge please do so and make someone a Nation Head as per the rules.
@wool , I am taking a break man. So our challenge is over for the time being. I wish you a worthy participant from upcoming challenge.
But this is not any official declaration lol. I will surely come here if I think this decision was bad. This will have some consequences , My decision would be bad so come here as normal or come here rarely like Integrous One or Not come here at all like Blackmagic123 .

I was thinking the same , but waiting for avatar challenge .
It can have consequences if you let your guard down , like I did , and I needed to come back to get help . But not a problem if you have a proper momentum and discipline . Coming sometimes in between is fine .

I have gone through this personally before.
So listen.
Whenever we have Nofap as the only major goal/ focus/ objective in our lives, we use it as a convenient reason and fake contentment and not take other more difficult challenges like studies.
So the thing is take more difficult challenges like avoiding junk food completely, banning youtube completely
You will already suffer the pain of those challenges
So you will automatically forget about Nofap challenge and not get a feeling of satisfaction which could be fake and premature
This is how we tackle PMO

Its been 5 months since I deleted Whatsapp, Telegram, Instagram, Snap Chat everything
Its beem 3 months since I took the decision of eating only home made sadhvik food
Due to the pain from these challenges I automatically forgot PMO and didnโt even count days.
This helps me not feel fake satisfaction from Nofap which could end up being premature celebration of Victory
Do something more difficult than Nofap
You will automatically forget about this Nofap and PMO simultaneously
youโre too emotional and act without thinking. Iโm not trying to put you down but Iโve noticed this several times with your decisions. Either wait until your emotions are under control and then make a decision or stick to your decisions made. Else people will not respect your decisions because you keep changing like a wave tossed by the wind. Donโt let your emotions control you. Stay on the forum Iโm not sure why youโd want to leave. Use it less thatโs all.
True even 5 minutes a day just to check whats goin on or update wonโt do anything. Just donโt overuse the forum that much. If you overdose a medicine it could become the illness.
