@BoldBrother welcome to the flatline.
You probably forgotten the point of doing Nofap, you probably not seeing real life benefits and start having doubts about Nofap, you are probably feeling lazy even tho you’re doing each and every good habit and many negative emotions such as anxiety and depression. That’s when Mindset, true desire, and willpower intervene. You must combat this mindset of β€œWhat’s the point” and start remembering the feeling after each relapse, the reason why you started Nofap, the promises you made to yourself when you started NNN.

Don’t let the flatline effect you general! It’s the most dangerous weapon that PMO can use against you now. Wake up and fight back!!!

Generally the worst is not flatline, but from day 3-8. Then it gets foggy, which is flatline another bad one from day 8-50

The hardest day for me was 3-4 in day 5 it is better less urges just like now.

Let’s say you completed the first 7 days
Yeeeeh
you relapse after that due to flatline
You will feel really really bad after that that’s why it’s the worst if you relapse

Yes it’s only the worst if you relapse cause when the flatline is over you will feel more confident and unstoppable because you won the Mentality battle against your brain and you fully mastered your body and spirit.

Yeah, that’s because the foggy days start. But most people will fail at the 3-8 days. Since it’s mental, we can’t do much just to fight it. Once they fail at that time, they will get all the experiences or mostly, from what the foggy days are.

It’s actually less of a battle against your mentality but more then a battle against your urges. In the first week you experience hight urges especially on the 3rd and 4th day. In this phase you’re still convinced that Nofap is worth it and remember your goal. That’s the exact opposite of the flatline.

I also have the same mentality brother we all do
It’s perfectly normal all you need to do is to remember your goal and the feeling after a relapse and that you’re doing the right thing

Yeah. I will take your word and fight for 10 days without doubt hoping I recover. Thanks.

Its not that I am not willing to continue after, but I am afraid of the situation. But rn keeping the spirits high.

Actually I have done this in the past and achieved a streak of 14 days, but that was during vacation and family gatherings, where I did not have the room for these thoughts. But being alone during work, without productivity, staying afar from family and friends is making this tough.

This is an internal batlte that no one will know. May god give the power to all the fighters.
Day 7 check in :white_check_mark::white_check_mark::white_check_mark:.

Your right. But they make the first days the hardest since, it affects your urges.

If that’s the case, then I am also a writer, have you ever read any books dude?
Easy way is completely Alan Carr’s method he created it on his own and wrote about it.
He has books on tackling addiction based on easy peasy method and he wrote them because that method worked from him rather than just sharing some info he read online.
Then there is Your Brain on β– β– β– β– , the neurologist who wrote it conducted his own experiments and surveys and then created that book.
Any book is based on personal imagination, experiences or research.
What you are referring to is sharing knowledge, not writing.
Harry Potter, completely JK Rowling’s own imaginative story.
Lord of the rings, A song of ice and fire similar case.
These are called writings which they wrote on your own rather than just sharing knowledge from here and there.

I also have such knowledge and I also share it but I don’t call it writing, because it’s not writing, it’s just sharing knowledge.

That’s the issue. You shouldn’t.
Either create a fiction by your imagination and write that.
Or work on something in real life, if it helped you write about that.
Don’t just copy paste stuff from here and there and write, that’s not writing, that’s copy pasting.
