Hey guys. This is Rajameghanan. I am so humiliated and sad to declare you that I have fallen today. 31st December 2023, morning 4 am to pmo. The reason for my fall is kinda wierd thing.

In my 18 years of life, I slept alone yesterday on a bed for the 1st time. At 3 am, I made myself ejaculating without using my hands. Hope you understand it. That itself gave me pleasure. Later I decided it was also a kind of masturbation. After that I can’t sleep properly and ended up in pmo because of waves of thoughts.

I reached 192 days so far. But I fell. But it is okay.
Why do we fall? So that we can rise higher and higher. I hope this new year, 2024 will be my new life and witness my new achievements. In my journey of 192 days, a lot of you guys cheered me up, congratulated me, celebrated my achievements as yours. Now I declare, I will make it happen again.

One more day, let’s go! Penultimate day of the year. In this final stretch, I have been feeling really bad on NoFap. I realized that this other part of me, which desires addiction, behaves like a poorly educated child. She needs to be taught, corrected and needs to understand β€œNO”. It’s something I need to work on so it doesn’t happen again. My goal is to stay clean next year.
