Believing in myself is like the light that illuminates the path, making everything possible. I understand that I will encounter challenges and obstacles along this journey, but I am willing to face them with unwavering determination and unbreakable courage.
Right now, there is a deep conviction in me that things will work out, and my goals are not just distant dreams, but concrete goals that I can achieve. Every day is an opportunity to move towards those goals. Sometimes life puts us to the test, challenging our choices and shaking our confidence. However, it is in these moments of uncertainty that our self-confidence grows stronger.
The journey I chose is more than a path to achieving specific goals; it is a continuous exploration of my potential. The end result doesnβt matter, as the true value lies in the journey itself. Believing in myself is a gift I give myself every new day, an act of self-love that motivates me to move forward with passion and an unwavering purpose.

@anon19887060 donβt lose heart, my bro. In everything there is a valuable lesson to be learned, especially when we fall. It doesnβt feel that way, but turn the pain and disappointment you feel now into a fuel to propel you to higher achievements. Donβt let the slip up cause further damage.

βAh, the ebb and flow of success, my friend. The journey to greatness is often paved with peaks and valleys. Celebrate your past achievements for they are a testament to your discipline and determination. Remember, setbacks are but opportunities for growth. Take the lessons learned from this recent stumble and use them to strengthen your resolve. Reflect upon your reasons, for they hold the key to reclaiming your true self. Rise above self-doubt, for it is a mere adversary that can be overcome. Commit anew, armed with the wisdom gained from your experience, and forge ahead towards another remarkable streak. The sun rises again, and so shall you.β

Bro you have what I certainly donβt and thatβs EXPERIENCE, Most of us donβt know how it feels to achieve something so big, like thatβs a very big milestone. Iβm sure you can pull that again easily.
Btw I had a question when you relapsed were you hooked again back just like that or was it gradually?
Its always gradual
You cannot rise to the top or fall to the bottom in just one moment .
When I first relapsed , it was like a big part of me removed . After reaching up there , it becomes a part of your soul . You wonβt even know how deeply embedded it would be in your life . It was fine again in a few days but after ups and downs , but turned out I was restricted because of exams (I had 10th boards right at that time) .In short As soon as the exams ended I had nothing to do and in 2 - 3 weeks I relapsed more than I did in 2 yrs . The thing is that it all felt unreal and I didnβt realize whats going on , that was the most dangerous thing , I did not feel guilt and reason to nofap . Many relapses I had to move to a new place and it continued , I did try to stop myself in bw for 50 days but relapsed again . Chaser effect after that and 4 months passed in relapses .
@Doncarlo He says he gained no superpowers, but the muscle gain is pretty close.

Day 7
Itβs time to pause and reflect deeply on the excuses that we often unconsciously use as shields to avoid facing our own failures and challenges. Progress is a common desire for all of us, but it is rarely achieved when we hide behind lame excuses.
Every time we try to justify our failures or delays with excuses, we are, in a way, deceiving ourselves. We are delaying our own growth, preventing ourselves from achieving our goals and dreams.
True progress requires a change of mindset. It means facing our weaknesses head on, embracing our mistakes and learning from them. It is the acceptance that we are human beings, imperfect by nature, but also capable of overcoming challenges and growing from them.
By letting go of excuses and embracing responsibility, we put ourselves in control of our lives. The journey towards progress becomes not just a search for goals, but a search for authenticity and self-knowledge. It is the opportunity to become better versions of ourselves, strengthened by the resilience that comes from overcoming obstacles.

βItβs the pursuit of these things [that donβt matter], and your attempts to avoid them, that leave you in such turmoil. And yet they arenβt seeking you out; you are the one seeking them. Suspend judgement about them. And at once they will lie still, and you will be freed from fleeing and pursuing.β
22nd October checking in guys.
Bloody Sweet!
If you ever want to know about the extraordinary and unimaginable benefits of semen retention in men, then think of Bhishma from the Indian epic of Mahabaratβ¦ A man who vowed to remain a Brahmachari ( Abstention from marriage and sex) He was the first ever sigma male in History. He was the first ever pro player in a battle. He firmly abided by his resolve of Brahmacharya ( Primarily Semen retention) throughout his life. He was so powerful of his time that no body ever could defeat him in a war. He was able to die at his own will ( claimed to have been caused due to semen retention). Imagine being SOO powerful that no one else could fight with him and defeat him so much so that god himself has to break his vow and lift weapon against him. Bhishma was invincible As long as he was alive, no one were able to kill him. But at last he agreed to die in the war and because of that only they were able to kill himβ¦ Thats the power of a Brahmachari (celibate)!! Thats the power of Semen retentionβ¦
