Hello men it’s been quite some time since I had my check up and I have not been myself. I only lasted 10 days in DDD and urged and lusted so many times over this month. I’ve been off schedule and now telling myself to wait till January. Ive been trying to focus and I’m not. I wish to join the JJJ challenge but Im afraid of what I’m becoming. Actually I am having intense urges since yesterday morning coz of my nightfall. However I crossed yesterday and today it is double time large than yesterday. But now I am free of my urges as I watched the video about SSR’s death case which popped in YouTube. @sushantsinghrajput

Yes, it is quite natural. Your mind is getting more sensitive to your real feelings. Anger is a tricky one. It’s strong, one of the hardest feelings to control.
I had a few day with emotional instability during this streak and with every longer streaks I had these. This is something you live trough. Be happy this show your mind is healing.
