"_ Iโve relapsed, and itโs time to confront my addiction once and for all. Setting the milestone as breaking my record wasnโt the right approach. I may have tried to justify it with exam stress, but deep down, I know itโs wrong. It was my responses and reactions that led to my downfall.
I often ask myself, โWhat makes it different this time? Will I succeed?โ At the moment, I donโt have all the answers. Itโs been a year filled with excuses and mere words. Iโve seen others join here, achieve their goals, and move on while I struggle to reach a month. Maybe Iโm not fully prepared, or perhaps I havenโt taken this challenge seriously enough. _ But I know all of that! Maybe the problem isnโt what I must do but how should I convince myself to do it.
_ Hah, convincing yourself, huh? Thatโs where the real battle lies, isnโt it? Look, training your body is one thing, but training your mind? Thatโs a whole different ball game. You need to tap into that inner fire, that burning desire to surpass your limits. Visualize your goals, envision yourself standing at the pinnacle of power.
