Regarding the gratitude , affirmations and Visualisation. Its not the fact that I failed to do, but I forgot to do. So I am downloading Loop Habit Tracker so that I can update at that instant.

Regarding discipline, I am happy. Still needs some improvement in academics but there is hope as long as I take better decisions along with improved discipline.
One thing I noticed is that when we are on a disciplined path , we will start to learn a lot of stuffs that works for us the most which in fact makes us more disciplined . Obstacles and distractions are present though but as long as there is clarity and hope, we can overcome those hurdlesβ¦

So in my birthday, Iβll arrive with a 30 days streak
