Evening:
Things have come-to-a-head with my personal matters.
Though I’ve felt deep sadness which may still occur in the coming days, I do feel relief knowing and accepting reality.

My happiness and wellness have taken a beating. And my gut feelings have been right from the start.

On the bright side, I know what I want and don’t want, so I’m grateful for that.

As my exam was over I was unable to continue my habit daily. Nevertheless puzzle solving is easier for me than anything else now-a-days. So I want to change my habit to a new habit ( 10 Min Workout Habit with timer ). Because working out is difficult for me.

I can replace your Solving puzzle Habit with working out 10 minutes.

But if you can do both , You will get double the score and an increase the streak at the same time.

Relapsed again, back to day 01.
I’ll start exercising tomorrow. I hope that might help me.
