Yesterday by morning, I was very excited for the rest of the day. But somehow I got stuck on YouTube and procrastinated too much there. After 6 pm, I got a huge urge to watch the rest of the series. And I did that. So I spent a lot of time there and I slept very late. I relapsed too. I know itโs because of the over-mobile usage.
So from today onwards, I am not gonna watch Netflix or YouTube (except for studies) from Monday to Saturday. Sunday will be an off day, so I can watch whatever is on that day.

For the past 3 days, I was not active here. But I managed my streak. Yesterday I started โValiya Noyambโ a religious ritual that usually comes for 50 days. Itโs something like a dopamine detox. In my 20 years of life, I havenโt done that. But this time I am taking it, not because of religion, but for my mental health and personal progress.
