Today’s Goals

  1. Complete 10 lectures.
  2. Meditation for 5 minutes - am and pm.
  3. No Social media until 6 pm.
  4. No noon Nap.
  5. Drink 2 bottles of water.

Yesterday things did not go well. Didn’t study a single chapter. Procrastinated too much. Relapsed 2 times. etc.
Today I will crush it.

  2. :white_check_mark:Study 10 new songs by BGM and make notes. Practice older songs.

6.:white_check_mark:Practice Guitar.


Yesterday by morning, I was very excited for the rest of the day. But somehow I got stuck on YouTube and procrastinated too much there. After 6 pm, I got a huge urge to watch the rest of the series. And I did that. So I spent a lot of time there and I slept very late. I relapsed too. I know it’s because of the over-mobile usage.


So from today onwards, I am not gonna watch Netflix or YouTube (except for studies) from Monday to Saturday. Sunday will be an off day, so I can watch whatever is on that day.

  6. No Non-veg & Junk foods. (Religious ritual for a time period)

  8. Digital Detox.
  9. Work out for 30 min.
  10. Meditation For 10 min.

For the past 3 days, I was not active here. But I managed my streak. Yesterday I started β€˜Valiya Noyamb’ a religious ritual that usually comes for 50 days. It’s something like a dopamine detox. In my 20 years of life, I haven’t done that. But this time I am taking it, not because of religion, but for my mental health and personal progress.

Yea. Oshanna, Good Friday and Easter. These three days are on coming March last week.
