I had a Nightfall around the morning time. It was not much in quantity but still irritated me. I was in low mood whole day bcz of it. I skipped Library today. Had a haircut in the evening and oiled my hairs. Going to sleep after few minutes and from tomorrow I’ll try to go Library daily.

Ai nice man very far from Holland where i from. So far and yet whe have the same problems bhai. I read ur story and mine so simular i was like the most well known guy from my city. And i slowly slipped out of the picture. Fuckin porn had made me weak on couple of the most important moments of my life and i missed out on opertunities chances. Like hollidays and girls and friends and jobs and sport too. I hope we can just stop and get our male energy back. That hunger that always keep u alert and give us smartness. I wasted so much time doing noting just boring the people around me. I feel like We must just stop doing it not make it bigger then is . Know one told me that it was bad for me and if i knew i never beginning. Just stop have self discipline and not listening too the voice who say i am addicted and cant just stop doing it cus it can. I woke up around 2 pm today (took 12 hours sleep). Last night i watched 2 movies of Ben 10 and 20 episodes of Ben 10 : Ultimate Alien . Today I watched around 17 episodes of Ben 10 . So much screen time in the span of 20 hours. I went out in the evening for bike for about 2 hours. I also Skipped Library today. So totally unproductive day with lot of Dopamine for brain (unproductive Dopamine). Will try tomorrow to bring myself to work.

I Relapsed few mins. ago. Completed 8 days of my 10 days target. It was so close to target completion. Anyway, I’ll start again with now atleast 15 days target. Let’s see what strategy will I modify to cope up with this addiction.

Not a good day !! My mood was not good whole day bcz of yesterday’s Relapse. Woke up around 2 PM and skipped breakfast and Library. Watched 6 episodes of Ben 10 and Harry Potter (2002) movie.
