Yes. I always find my brain daydreaming or just creating future scenarios (maybe possibilities) while doing any sort of work like exercise, yoga, etc.
I donโt think doing daydreaming while doing not so important work like exercise, etc are much harmful or alerting BUT allotting hours just to daydream or creating future scenarios without indulging in any sort of work either they are important or not are harmful.
It cant be controllable in bathroom, being alone, before sleeping.

Bring phone to washroom. Either use it in some productive works like making To-Do-List, etc or just watch some knowledgeable + entertaining videos.
And why to spend much time in washroom. Just do everything in hurry.

Donโt be Free. Always indulge yourself in any sort of work like watching videos (preferably informative), learning something, sleeping, etc.

Can do one thing i.e. put phone on side of your pillow while sleeping and play some deep sleep audios/videos or just play any sort of relaxing video and leave phone for whole night. You canโt get any free brain power to daydream.
