Ignore the pseudoscientific retards who say nofap is fake - they are just desperate to justify their addiction. I call them pseudoscientific because they say all the thousands of people who have felt themselves being hurt physically and mentally from fapping are but victims of a placebo effect. Observation of the harmful cause and effects of fapping is science not pseudoscience or placebo
