Hello brothers, can anybody tell me any effective tips that may help me? One of my goals in this NoFap journey is not to see sexualize women anymore. Any help would be appreciated!
@Alastair I think since men are men it is not really possible to find an attractive woman not attractive (given straight). Sexualization begins when this is the only way to see them and not seeing/valuing other parts of their personality. Worst is to maybe even categorize in fuckable/not-fuckable and then treat them differently. So my tip is to work on seeing women as equally capable as men on any field with equally worth oppinion and rights (all this is true, the only thing men can do better is to be violent or even kill). When you are able to do that, they stop being only fuck toys for your brain they become human and there is nothing wrong in finding a fellow human attractive. - Stop watching porn could also help

Thank you brother @Cryptonic . I think Iām improving a little bit, when I was severely addicted I used to see women by how hot they looked, but I never really cared about their personality. Fortunately I have changed a little after some time. Though sexualizing women is still a problem I have but not as severe as before.
