Thinking on ways to help

Hey guys, I have noticed I am loggin2
logging on to the app a lot less than before. I usually went on and checked every hour or 30 min to see what’s going on. Now I also try to limit coming on and start strenghting myself further.

But how can I do this when I see so many guys out there posting on being depro or just being sad alone or not very motivated. Guys I don’t wanna blast in with negativity or offend others because I need help myself too.

I notice also I am getting a bit depressed and lonely and some stuff is also inside I just wanna get out, but to scared or to afraid to tell someone.

So I figured maybe we can help eachother blowing some steam off if you wanna just pm me and we can talk, I would like to help however I can
