Self confidence actually lies in small actions you take everyday

  • Know yourself : You don’t need validation from anyone else. Know that you are amazing the way you are. Know that what you’re saying is right. Know that you do not need anyone other than yourself.
  • Appreciate : You have come pretty far you know! Every time you look at yourself in the mirror, spare a minute to appreciate the efforts you’ve made. Appreciate yourself for the times when you thought of giving up but didn’t. Appreciate that sparkle in your eye and that smile which makes everything worthwhile.
  • Get out : Get out of that comfort zone, get out of those negative thoughts which are telling you that you’re good enough, get out of that friend circle which keeps dragging you down. Escape from everything which is making you stop being your best.
  • Improvement : Self confidence can be tamed if you don’t improve yourself every day. Read something which helps you widen your brain, hit the gym to improve your physical health, talk to strangers to improve your social skills. Improvement will make you feel great about yourself, because there are very few people who want to become better they were yesterday, and YOU are one of them.
