Even tho I don’t go to gym. With consistent pushups I was able to have little gain in past 3 months.

But I am still not muscular.

It takes time brother 2 or 3 years ago I was just like you I would do push ups and lift weights in my room i signed up for gym when I moved out of my parents house, I started to work out more frequently, for a long time it felt like I wasn’t making progress despite consistency, but after 2 years I noticed some changes in my physique and some actual progress, which started being noticed by others, that 2 years of hard work finally started to pay off. These changes don’t happen overnight these things require alot of time and effort, also patience, put in that hard work and eventually it all pays off in the end. Good work bro, keep up the good work!

There has been increase in my pushup count, as has been documented in my dairy. But yeah, not much progress in terms of muscles.

Today was leg day, I didn’t start start training them properly until later on in my journey, when I got myself into a structured routine of push pull and legs, I am a year behind with my leg progress, I’ve been training them more frequently and they are starting to catch up with the rest of my body, I now realize the importance of training legs, the legs support the body, it also helped me recover from sciatic pain in my lower back.

These are shirtless ones which show how much change I’ve gone through since I started hitting the gym.

You Looks like a 19s actor with that hairs of your  . I am doing exercises at home but I am only training my legs cause it’s easy as for my arms and chest I can’t even do 1 push up But I can do 200 wall push ups I am thinking to start doing pull ups but there is no pull up bar here even I tried to search in many parks here . I Can’t afford gym subscription with my pocket money :moneybag: So I will train my arms through a brick  .
