I have a problem with habits. I relapsed the day before yesterday, breaking my 16 days streak, and then fell into a mindless cycle. When this happens I end up in my bed doing nothing. Not going to classes. Doom scrolling yt and insta. A part of me takes over. It doesn’t want me to think. Just wastes me away and my time. I feel frustrated with myself. Sigh…

Thanks buddy. Seeing you guys, I really wanted to achieve 200 hrs this month. Maybe I need to take things slow and not set too high targets. It gets difficult to get over 6 hrs done everyday after an average of 6 hr of classes and labs each day. Apart from that I need to work on my mental health too. I can celebrate the small win of today though . That I broke out of the cycle to come here and set the counter to 0 at least. It’s small but it’s something. I want to realize my potential. And I need to keep reminding myself that.

Hey Vegeta, (@Binocular), just wanted to share a thought. If someone’s putting in the effort during those 6 hour classes - staying focused, staying sharp, taking notes and absorbing knowledge — that should count.
I request you to consider his classroom learning if he’s focused.
