Iā€™d been wasting time from past 1 hour in which I was supposed to study. Now I am gonna put my mobile phone in airplane mode (till 11pm), meditate, and get back to studying.

Today 4 hours of productive work. Could have done 6 hours easy, but I had a very heavy lunch and didnā€™t feel like working after that.

My lesson - have light lunch, no meat if possible.

3 hrs of study today but donā€™t know whether to add 5 hrs of classes to it as it just triple up my time which would be unfair to those who are not adding classes time .

I think in a challenge all should compete on similar grounds so I think we should fix it whether to add classes time or not !!!

Update

Those who are having classes add your class time too, but only add productive time out of them, like if you are having breaks in between classes donā€™t add that time.

I was of the opinion to not add classes time as it creates an illusion that we have studied a lot but the amt of self study is very less and all what matters is self study .
