1.5 hours today…need improvement…

Nov 8 - 4 hours
4 hours today as well. I wasted valuable time on deciding on what to do. Mind jumbled from one spot to another, not focusing on specific topics to study seems to be the issue.
I’ll prepare a list of topics for tomorrow.

guys i want to study 12 hrs i know its a big goal to start but i have 3 lecture to do daily because of this pressure i am unable to even start studying can u help

When you spill very hot or cold water on your head, the blood may suddenly flow towards or away from head due to sudden temperature change, it is not advisable to start with head, old poeple even have danger of brain hemmorhage if they are doing this.
Bro start small in the beginning as I adviced you
