The Rising One Journal

I know I made multiple diaries here. I have no logical reason to say why I am starting again. But I just want to have a fresh start.

I know starting fresh wont erase what I done in my past. That version will linger in me in the back of my mind. So when I say I need fresh start I am not neglecting what I have done , its just like being able to move on from how my past used to define me. In simple words I just wanna get out of the rut.

I wish that this journal will help me with that either by helping me be accountable for my goals , my creative insights , some cold shower thoughts , some philosophical veiws etc.

Idk what future lies in front of me. I may succeed , I may fail or lie somewhere in between. But I should be no regrets.

I will update whenever I am free.

Tbh I have nothing much to tell for today. I was a trash can till evening then took a decision of start a topic like this.

Me and my parents are going to Mookambika a religious place in Karnataka with some distant relatives.

Now I am inside Rajdhani Express sitting on upper berth writing this post

THOUGHT JOURNAL

Thought 1 - Before becoming a full time hedonist , there was a time I was decent with discipline. I used an app called Habitica , an RPG style app to track discipline. Let me play it in such a way that everytime I reach new level. I either start a new habit or upgrade existing one

DAILY VLOG

I started my day roughly at 3.30 am. First we will reach Mangalore then Udupi and then to Mookambika. We are expected to reach Mangalore by 4 am. My seat is so much far away from my parents. My seat number was 71 while my parents seat was 24 and 32.

Then a bad incident happened. Since it was 3.30 am it was fully dark. I brushed my teeth and while going to parents seat , I accidently got hold on the leg of a women. It was outside the seat , upper berth. Since it was very dark ( and due to some reason I didnt thought of turning on flashlight , I was kinda dizzy after waking up )

First of all , I said sorry. This women started yelling like " Andhe ho kya , matharchor " and started cussing in Hindi. Since I know Hindi , I started making her understand that it was an accident etc . But all my replies is not going into her brain.

U see its a Rajdhani express so it would be filled with North Indians majority of the time. So some north indian dudes started supporting that lady calling me a pervert etc. Trust me , It was totally an accident.

Now 3 - 4 North Indian mindless dudes who look like bachelors and this stupid lady is against me just cussing without any logical argument. I was somewhat angry and scared at the same time. Scared because I can get a foul smell of beer. I think they are drunk. If I react angrily , I am concerned that they will take pocket knife or something.

I started to not react to what these guys are saying. Its 3. 50 am . I have to end this argument by 4 am. There is no points proving these mindless fools. I thought I will remain patient for 5 minutes. If nothing happens then I thought I will run. Fortunately the moment I started to not react , they started to lose interest. I think they just want to feel superior to me . Idk.

They went . I called my parents that will come out of the train through the other side of the train. They asked me why but I didnt reply.

So me and my parents are in Mangalore station now. Then the worst part happened. They are in the same station too. But due to some reason I think they failed to recognise me. I assume from the behaviour the girl was also drunk.

My parents told me that they heard a commotion and asked me what was that. I lied idk.

After that normal stuffs . I would say Mangalore Railway Station is very large compared to other stations I have seen till now. And suprisingly its also very neat at the same time

Then we went to Udupi through taxi. Even though I dont understand Kannada , about 80 - 90 percent people know Hindi unlike Keralites. So that became handy especially like having a chat with taxi drivers etc.

Then reached udupi . Its well known for a temple there . Took some random pics there


If u are going to Udupi , Mangalore bun is a must try dish.

Anyway after all that , resting in a hotel rn

9.30 pm

After going to Udupi , went to Mookambika. Since it restricts taking photos I didnt take any.. Then went to a place called Murudeshwar where u can see the 2nd largest Shiva Statue in the world.

I wish I could sent some photos but the phone battery got dried up. Well my relatives took some photos , will probably sent them tomorrow.

Now planning to wake up at 5 am tomorrow to visit another temple.

Thought Journal

Thought 1 - I think the whole concept of time travel is like how different timezones vary in different places but in a larger scale. Imo when u time travel back to past u dont visit the past , u visit the mirror version of you in that specific timeline.

Because imo parallel universes and multiverse violate law of conservation of mass. Maybe one can argue there can be some workaround beyond human perception that does not violate this rule. Idk just giving it a try.

This is obviously a cold shower thought so take it with a grain of salt. But I dont wanna let it go as a thought. I will research about it , brainstorm with chatgpt etc.

Also I would like to introduce a new section in Post 3 where I will be writing the lessons I learnt along with ideas I find valuable

So today woke up at 5 am. My relative has a daughter who’s gonna start her education , a baby 3 years of age. So as per Hindu beliefs we do a pooja called " Vidya Aarambh " where the monk does some rituals etc

There stood in a 2 hr long queue to see God etc. After than resting in a hotel rn.

As mentioned earlier , I’ll sent some pics that took at Murudeshwar




Then there is a Lord Shiva statue which is said to be the 2nd largest Shiva Statue in this world. Looks like there is some modifications ongoing as you can see some steel bars attached to it

9 pm

After than went back to hotel , had lunch . Then chill in a new hotel. Then had dinner , some night shopping etc.

Now planning to sleep now. Will wake up at roughly 5 am to travel from Mangalore to Kerala thru Vande Bharat train.

I did play a kid game which was one of the games I used to play during childhood days. It gave a strong sense of nostalgia.

THOUGHT JOURNAL

Thought 1 - My hair started to get thinner with small bald patches observable on the crown of the head. Tho it can be covered up easily , I must take care of it.

Chatgpt suggested me to meet a dermatologist and have some pills etc. But I think its more of a lifestyle factor. My discipline was very much screwed up and I had a lot of stress associated with getting a job and as a post grad.

But I remember when I had peak discipline , the days I took military prep seriously , I didnt actually think about it. I do notice about this more often when life is screwed up.

What I am planning to do is that I am planning to give myself a 6 months gap - 7 December to be exact and lets see if there is any changes.

I’ll probably put that as a deadline.

Thought 2

There were some moments of self reflection which made me think about time travel stuff. Again its just a random thought hence take it with a grain of salt.

I didnt research anything on chatgpt . But just letting it out before it disappears.

So as I said earlier , I think time travel is like how different place have different timezones. Its just an elaboration of what I have said earlier.

For eg , Imagine a place A having time 1 pm and Place B having time 11 am , ie 2 hours behind place A. Lets say u took a super fast plane and travelled from Country A to Country B.

Assume it took 1 hour to reach there. So its 12 noon at Place B. Even tho Place A gone way ahead of time ie 2 pm. When u look at instantaneous time interval ie at 12 noon. 2 versions of you exist . At place B where u have reached just now and at place A where you are 1 hr behind on taking the plane. Idk but imo its how time travel works.

Also I would like to comment on the Einstein formula that you might have studied on 11th grade.

M = Mo / ( sqrt( 1 - (v^2/c^2))

Where m is the moving mass , mo is rest mass and v current velocity and c velociity of light.

Einstein made a small prediction that time travel is possible if the speed of object of mass m is greater than speed of light. But also commented its humanly impossible since it creates an imaginary number.

Even if you travel at speed of light , your mass becomes zero irrespective of the current mass u have rn. In short u just shatter to nothingness.

I think why Einstein is telling that time travel is possible because when u travel at speed of light u dont get to zero mass. That violates law of conservation of mass. It must be transferred to some form of other.

Now if you equate that energy to an explosion . Assuming a 75 kg person energy would be 10^18 joules with addition of some decimals. Thats equivalent to 1600 megaton of tnt explosion.

For reference atom bomb come nowhere near this. So I think this made scientists skeptical like albert einstein like a human bomb creating an immense damage than atom bomb ( Now collosal titan make sense lol )

So thats why I believe Einstein thinks energy is tranferred in different way . So he said time travel as a possibility.

Also I would like to introduce a thought experiment. Imagine u travelled back in time to stop a major disaster that happened in your city. In my opinion ,when u do that u does succeed and the time did go backwards. But you would be in a place where the disaster will not happen in that time u anticipated. Or I would say disaster wont happen at all. So you will not stop that disaster , you erased yourself from that timeline.

Also I would like to add is that when Einstein said you should be atleast greater than the speed of light , I think Einstein set the benchmark -.speed of light as the infinite speed as per his imagination.

Why ? Because if you want to time travel as per your choice , you must move at infinite speed making the time to reach there zero.

Also imo different timezones in different plane is one layer of time. If you want to time travel u must be able to access another layers. The more number of years u want to time travel , the more layers u have to access.

So yeah thats it.

DAILY VLOG

First things first , I am sorry. I failed to update yesterday. I had a nasty stomach pain accompanied with body pain , but that didnt prevent me scrolling on yt for like 4 - 5 hours but prevented me from writing this journal because yt gives me more dopamine. So laziness was a factor at the same time. At a conscious level , I want to continue this habit. I may or may not succeed but I dont want to fail.

Then today morning I watched Mission Impossible - Final Reckoning with my dad at the movie theatre. Its a good movie in short. Then some trivial shopping and ta daa , its evening. Time flew so fast. Then had a small talk with parents and some nasty arguments about by future plans. It always happens once per week. My mind just got used to it now.

There is a part of my brain who wants to give up on this entire idea of writing journal like this . Because my brain is so much used to high dopamine activities.

So I am just writing this here so that I dont lose the flow. There are some good insights that I would like to add but its more like an expansion of my motto these days " Cut the noise " . I think in this moment this is the only advice I need right now. Everything will fall at the right place. Also there are some thoughts that are valuable so just writing it in short.

THOUGHT JOURNAL

Thought 1 - Success and fame can hamper creativity imo. When u become successful , u become a brand and that brand will always try to make sure its worth increase more. This will make you fear to do things that are unorthodox . Creativity diminishes.

Thought 2 - Your body is like the moon and your mind is like the surrounding. For the moon to shine , the moon must be brighter and the surrounding must be darker. In short you should take care of your body as well as embrace the darker aspects of yourself. Your body has limitation of how much bright it can shine but your mind does not . Your ideal self would be such that as a whole , each and every part of your mind / surrounding should have a shadow. As Carl Jung said neglecting the shadow version of you will backfire.

Thought 3 - Cut the noise first. Your will find your answers.

LESSON LEARNT

Lesson 1 - This is a very tricky one that that I must forsee in the future. Whenever my mind predicts that I am going to make a mistake in the future. There is a part of my mind that tells me to make that mistake and then be careful after that. This is more applicable to things that induce dopamine like pornography , junk food etc. And this is also one of the reasons that made me delay to write this journal. So yeah , will keep a note on this . Will put this in post 2

Just doing an advanced check in to let you know I have reached Level 2 on Habitica. What does that mean. New habit or habit upgrade. I choose new habit. Walk 45 minutes. So yeah will update tomorrow

11.30 pm - Yesterday I was busy applying for CGL and I stopped midway. Applying for cgl has got a lot tougher than usual. U need to download cgl app then aadhar scanner and connect it with usb or something. Whats the point of all this. Anyway I thought of chilling myself but made myself sleep deprived till 3 am.

Anyway I will use entertainment only after applying for cgl

9.30 pm - I am sorry. After my last update I became a total trash. Will implement steps on thought journal. Btw reached Level 3 on Habitica so my new habit is sleep by 11 pm.

For the time being , let me apply for ace and isro and then walk for 45 minutes before I sleep.

THOUGHT JOURNAL

Thought 1 - I also need a micro journal because I think its not a good idea to come here more often when idea strike in my mind.
I think whatsapp self message help to write it in a very crisp way and then elaborate it here when free.

Thought 2 - Introduce time table. Timetable in the sense listing all the activities to be done on a particular time slot.
