Car - ferrari
Doubt -workout session im planning to build it as a habit so thinking of starting with 30 day fitness challenge which starts with daily 5 minutes workout
Due to obesity i cant workout more or harder exercise
So will it count
And will atom app meditation which starts with 4 minutes count??
