I FREAKIN DID IT!!! So many relapses. So many cooky methods. So many lost days. 2 Years! I figured out what was neccessary for me to rewire and I will share it with all of you.
90 days ago, I joined Sex Addicts Anonymous. I know my issue wasnt about having sooo much sex with girls, but the uncontrollable compulsion to enact in sexual behavior like porn masturbation was.
I went to my first meeting and admitted to strangers that I can’t stop harming myself and I want to lead a better life. Being honest with people and not getting insulted was so freeing. I joined this community after that because everyone shared stories about themselves that sounded like what i had been through.
Humans arent meant to live everyday pretending to be whatever normal is. I shared where my addiction has taken me and i build my resistance to ever act out again. So i recommend y’all seek an Sex Addicts Anonymous meeting as well because you learn how to combat this spiritual disease.
