Isn’t this waste of time?
If you want to do something and are determined, you do it! That’s called a man.

I don’t beg for your help sir.

as a matter of fact this might help YOU if you are interested to participate.

So you call teamwork as women work?

Why do you even relate gender for this?

Just for you to know, I will complete these no matter someone helps or NOT,as this will help me be a better therapist in near future.

just thought to share some in this community(that’s a crime?)

Definitely NOT a waste of time ,how might it be if it may prevent you from falling from you 70 day streak, congrats for you but there are many who couldn’t even get to the 30 days goalpost, with many struggles from brain fog this framework might help those.

What you saying actually is good…
You really impressed me, keep it up we are together… I will give utmost contribution by god grace…

What we people use to Forget is that, in most cases new idea is better than the old one sometimes.

If you see a book which is easier to read, simple, clear and so on. It was organize using different ideas from research been conducted by consulting different books, infact that is where references come at times…
