Prerequisites:

  1. Schedule detox at 11.00pm
  2. Stop Phone usage by 10.55pm
  3. Reminding myself of detox schedule 20 mins
    before, through reminder.
  4. Effective usage of Alarmy or any other useful
    app.
  5. Making sure the Alarm works fine, in advance
  6. Completing all pending tasks by reminding myself about it constantly before having dinner and ensuring that bed time is not extended because of this.

I usually read before sleep man… So u could use it… My problems are mostly on how to dial down phone use

Just use a alarm for sleeping…
That is after the alarm rings you have to stop all the work and go to bed…
And keep your phone away from bed…
Your body will get accustomed to the new routine in a week…

Feb 1st week was a bit topsy-turvy.

First week has been great. I fucked up two mornings but I got a lesson why waking up early even if you have nothing to do all day is necessary. The days I woke up early are the days I feel emotionally and physically stable.

Theres no failure, only stepping stones

Looking forward to making big in the challenge

Come what may, I’ll wake up before 5 am tomorrow. Period!! I’ll report it here.
If I don’t then Iam the weakest piece of shit in this forum. One who can’t even keep his word and take control of his morning doesn’t even deserve to live!
