We are together in this, I slept very late but I read your post at night and I knew you are gonna wake up no matter what, And I will lack behind. So, I sacrificed my sleep and Woke up at 5: 45am.

Tomorrow is a very important day for me. I must wake up at 5/4 am to take control of my life. If I wake up late an entire day would be wasted. Time is very less. I have fixed my goal of this year; the most important goal of my life. If I sleep tomorrow it’ll drastically affect my progress to achieve my goal.
I’ll die instead of waking up early tomorrow. :muscle::muscle::muscle:

I woke Up at 4 am, Was studying on Bed for 1 hour and then slept till 9 am.
I wish tomorrow I will be able to be a worthy opponent !

I too woke up at 5 and read for 1 hour then went to sleep and woke up at 8.
We should sleep early. I think going to sleep late is our problem. Also its very cold in my place right now.
So first thing after waking up we must switch off the fan and switch on the light.
Whatever, fuck it, let’s use the rest of the time of today will full focus.
Still both of us are in the same place.
If one of us fail tomorrow one will go forward.

Yeah that’s the main reason for our failure brother, Our sleep is not completed and same here brother I live near a river. So, it’s so cold here as well ! Leaving the warm blanket it’s a big challenge.
Now I will try my best !
To switch on all the lights of my house and A least wash my face.
We are the Same brother :sweat_smile:

You guys are stressing too much on waking “As early as possible” @rewire_user and @Tagore. Waking up at 4 am and not being able to study is counterproductive. Better sleep another hour and wake up fresh.

You should use trial and error for that. I have been analysing my sleep schedule and turns out 6:30 am is the time when I wake up fresh.

So u can try this too. Theres is this thing call “REM” cycle. One rem cycle lasts 90 mins. So If u wake up in the middle of rem cycle (Thanks to the alarm), you will be tired.

Also make sure you get atleast 7 hour sleep. I made the mistake of sleeping at 12 and waking up at 6. So naturally my body compensated this by making me drowsy in the afternoon. ThnI dozed for 2 hours (Yes, my time got wasted as Usually I sleep one hour)

So my suggestion to you : Either sleep early and wake up early or take your sweet sleep, wake up late and be productive. But don’t sleep late and wake up early as you have to productive. You can study 12 hours a day even if you wake up at 5 or 7

@The_wild_perception Great tips brother, this is what im thinking about, since many days. I need to sleep early, that’s what will be the key for me to stay energized.

Also some night routine is required to improve the quality of sleep…

(10.02.2021) - (DAY 3/7)

Prerequisites:

  1. Schedule detox at 10.45pm
  2. Stop phone usage by 10.40pm
  3. Reminding myself of detox schedule 20 mins
    before, through reminder.
  4. Effective usage of Alarmy or any other useful
    app.
  5. Making sure the Alarm works fine, in advance
  6. Completing all pending tasks by reminding myself about it constantly before having dinner and ensuring that bed time is not extended because of this.
  7. Washing face and feet before bed
  8. Abstain from eating anything 2hrs before bed

:watch: Sleeping between - 10.30 to 11.00 PM

I am gonna wake up at 4 30 am ! :fire:
No matter what tomorrow I am gonna push my limits will schedule a detox from 5 am to 6 pm.
Not use any social media or anything not even in laptop I promise !
Will update tomorrow’s progress after 6 pm.
