The DRVN30 Challenge [Hard Challenge] [Starts from 01/02/2023]

:fire: What is the DRVN30?

  • It’s a free discipline challenge that’s designed to help you build healthy habits and develop grit, discipline, and motivation.
  • You’ll have to accomplish 6 habits everyday for 30 consecutive days.
  • If you miss one day, you have to start over.

:warning: I WARN YOU, THE CHALLENGE SEEMS EASY AT FIRST BUT IT GETS REALLY HARD AT THE END. IF YOU CAN DO IT THEN DO JOIN AND READ THE BELOW RULES.:warning:

:fire: What are the Habits?

1. Exercise :weight_lifting_man:

  • Do some sort of physical exercise for at least 30 minutes each day.
  • This can be weightlifting, cardio, yoga, stretching, walking, etc.

2. Mindfulness :person_in_lotus_position:

  • Practice mindfulness for 10 minutes every day.
  • This could be visualization, meditation, etc.

3. Journaling :notebook:

  • Take 10 minutes every day to reflect through journaling.
  • It can include whatever you feel like writing. Your feelings, daily diary entry or pour out your feelings.

4. Diet :avocado:

  • Eat a clean and whole foods diet each day.
  • It’s your choice which type of food.

5. Screen-time :iphone:

  • Limit your consumption of social media & entertainment during the first and last hour of the day.
  • There are only 2 choices in this and you need to select one of them:

A: FOR STUDENTS

  • Your max screen-time should not exceed more than 2 hours of screen time.
  • If there are notes to write or classwork to do, it’s ok since you have to complete those.
  • If using mobile for time pass, it should not exceed 2 hours of screen time.

B: FOR EMPLOYED PEOPLE

  • Screen-time is not counted. It’s because work can come at anytime or you have to attend calls or achieve the required targets etc.
  • If using mobile for time pass, it should not exceed 2 hours of screen time.

6. Accountability :speech_balloon:

  • Daily check-in with all the above mentioned completed.

7. No peeking/edging :sweat_drops:

  • I repeat no peeking/edging as it will defiantly lead to downfall of your whole progress

I read some parts of it. Interesting challenge.
I have less time from next month since university will open so I will have less time to use this app. Also I am already in 2-3 challenges.

Keeping track of it while managing studies+university is itself a challenge :joy:
