What is the DRVN30?
- It’s a free discipline challenge that’s designed to help you build healthy habits and develop grit, discipline, and motivation.
- You’ll have to accomplish 6 habits everyday for 30 consecutive days.
- If you miss one day, you have to start over.
I WARN YOU, THE CHALLENGE SEEMS EASY AT FIRST BUT IT GETS REALLY HARD AT THE END. IF YOU CAN DO IT THEN DO JOIN AND READ THE BELOW RULES.
What are the Habits?
1. Exercise
- Do some sort of physical exercise for at least 30 minutes each day.
- This can be weightlifting, cardio, yoga, stretching, walking, etc.
2. Mindfulness
- Practice mindfulness for 10 minutes every day.
- This could be visualization, meditation, etc.
3. Journaling
- Take 10 minutes every day to reflect through journaling.
- It can include whatever you feel like writing. Your feelings, daily diary entry or pour out your feelings.
4. Diet
- Eat a clean and whole foods diet each day.
- It’s your choice which type of food.

5. Screen-time
- Limit your consumption of social media & entertainment during the first and last hour of the day.
- There are only 2 choices in this and you need to select one of them:
A: FOR STUDENTS
- Your max screen-time should not exceed more than 2 hours of screen time.
- If there are notes to write or classwork to do, it’s ok since you have to complete those.
- If using mobile for time pass, it should not exceed 2 hours of screen time.
B: FOR EMPLOYED PEOPLE
- Screen-time is not counted. It’s because work can come at anytime or you have to attend calls or achieve the required targets etc.
- If using mobile for time pass, it should not exceed 2 hours of screen time.
6. Accountability
- Daily check-in with all the above mentioned completed.
7. No peeking/edging
- I repeat no peeking/edging as it will defiantly lead to downfall of your whole progress
