I spoke to a therapist…
And he said… First one month target 7 days… And after 7 days relpase but not to any visual stimulation… Like no images screen porn , just your imagination no videos or phots or chat… only masturbation…
And follow this for 3 months… He said problem is not with masturbation problem is with pmo… He told me to get 3 months of zero porn… And aftr achieving 3 months then plan for nofap

I think You are absolutely right, What the doctor is trying to say once you get hold of your thinking because masturbation is an addiction and it’s because of porn that thing which is stored in it.
In order to stop masturbation You will have to eliminate porn from your life.
He told you to relapse because he knew that after relapsing you will not search for porn and that is the easiest thing to do.
So, You will not crave for porn. And slowly you have to clean your mind forget about porn.
And once you forget about that you will never fap.
But wait a second brother, It’s practically impossible, how can you fap without imagining or thinking of porn. In order to fap you have to imagine those sites. Then it makes no difference.
But for those who struggle to make streak of even 7 days they can use it. They can trick there mind for getting reward at the end of 7th day.
Buddy when yor login to porn , you don’t do with same video or same photo … When you go for new content you start fucking your brain. Dopamine reward system corrupts when u search for more. first you shud stop it
When you use imagination it will not happen… you think in lines of what only u know
At the end it’s all in your mind guys… it is choosing your priority…
Before 2 months of my exam my longest streak was 52 days… Just before exam my syallabus was not done and I am completely into my exam that , I did zero peek and full focus in exam and got 52 days of no fap . … However I relapsed on immediate day of exam…
It’s all in your brain… Just think do you really need it the most at the moment of time

I think my way of changing things won’t fit here…
I started changing my life style after fall of my highest streak 52 days…
First 15 days target was to stop junk food and eat healthy… That habit is going on…
From Nov 15… I started working out daily… And it is on … I never miss a single day…
From Dec… I started to wake up daily @ 6 am… Unistalled all socila media, and no porn … It is going on
From Dec 15… Target to read 10 hrs daily. without effort or strain effectively by end of 2020
I started to change my lifestyle for evry fortnight…
I change only aspect of my life style evry 15 days … After 10 day it becomes a part of your style… Without any stress or strain…
