But you said half of my team is gone then what do I do now?? Can’t we wait to fill the vacancies

I don’t think they will get filled like this. However if you can gather some players then it is fine.

As for absent players, you can give double batting to some players as replacement. For bowling you can use your batsmen.

ATTENTION

Now every player has to update every day unless he is a Batsman who has lost his wicket. As either you are a Bowler or a Fielder or a Batsman.

Also mark all the Batsmen will get down to Batting at once.

If there are fewer Batsmen in a team, they can pitch one Batsman against a Fielder-Bowler duo. The runs scored by the Batsman will be doubled and counted as the run of two separate Batsmen, one who is facing the bowler and the other who faces a Batsman. For ex, @vincitquisevincit might bat for two Batsmen and score 45 runs on a day. If he faces @ysub and @wool then his runs will be double and it will be counted as two batmen, each facing a separate bowler. So if Wool has 50 dot balls but Ysub has 40 then Vincit will lose one wicket.

If there is a shortage of fielders/bowlers then 5 Bowlers will have to bowl and if a bowler has no fielder his dot balls will be doubled against Two Batsmen and it will be similarly counted.

Hope there is no confusion.
