We would like to know your opinion over a proposal of a revision of how matches are conducted. Some candidates believe that batting is a little too overpowered and it makes draw more likely. Also, it does not look realistic to be bowled out at six wickets so here are a few proposals. You can vote for the option which you believe will be the best.
THE RULES ARE FINE.
UPGRADE BOWLING DOT BALLS PER HOUR FROM 3 TO 5 AND THE BATTING FORMAT IS FINE.
UPGRADE BOWLING DOT BALLS TO 10 PER HOUR AND INVITE THE WHOLE TEAM TO BATTING WITH ONE BOWLER BOWLING AGAINST TWO BATSMEN.
LET THE BATSMEN HELP THE BOWLERS BY PROVIDING 5 FIELDING POINTS PER HOUR AND UPGRADING BOWLING POINTS TO 5 PER HOUR WHILE INVITING THE WHOLE BATTING TEAM TO BAT WITH ONE FIELDER AND ONE BOWLER BOWLING AGAINST TWO BATSMEN. SO THAT BOTH THE TEAM’S PLAYERS ARE ENGAGED DAILY.
Also you can figure out that if it was a clear out ( I mean bole/lbw) or it was caught by a fielder and you can give the most catches of the match award or most valuable catch , something like that
@piyushchandak Looks like you must tag all your team and see how many players you got for the second match. If you don’t have enough try calling up some more players by tagging some participants. Or we will then share players (which will not feel good but will be necessary).
I fear to say this but I guess half the Australian side is out of the count. What must be done now? Can we invite more players or should we share or you can manage this by giving players more chances in batting and bowling and wait if the old ones return.
This totals to 5 players. Since @redFalcon has joined in again, now the vacancy stands at 4 players. What do you think must be done @piyushchandak ?
Your team lacks 3 bowlers and 1 Batsman. Please let me know if you want some players from my side. But treat this matter urgently. And let me know what have you decided to do.
@piyushchandak has not reported since yesterday so I don’t know what do we do now. If he doesn’t respond by the time of Toss, he will get down with the same team. We can then manage by perhaps providing double chance to bat to batsmen. And allowing anyone to Bowl. But he will of course miss the fielders. We can think on it and come up with a solution anyway.
