βAnyone whose goal is something higher must expect some day to suffer vertigo. What is vertigo? Fear of falling? β¦
No, vertigo is something other than the fear of falling.
It is the voice of the emptiness below us which tempts and lures us.
It is the desire to fall, against which, terrified, we defend ourselves.β
Hey , the challenge is gonna start soon. I have to say that I am not in the right mental state tbh , because of some issues and I relapse everyday and I was the reason of those relapses , I am not quitting, just telling you all that , I am gonna win this challenge, I will give you all a tough fight ! We will win this together!
I still remember the time you did 5 days with raw willpower. You have it in you. But if you want to go 21, you need a mentality. A powerful mindset! This isnβt just a challenge you joined on some platform, this is you challenging yourself. Tell yourself that this is the time you will sacrifice pleasure. You never benefited from any relapse. Relapsing the whole year didnβt do you shit. Now itβs time to read Easy Peasy, do good habits, EXERCISE!!!
Just 21 days, itβs not even a month! Just 21 days without PMO you have nothing to lose AND SO MUCH TO WIN!
Cβmon find a way! I entrusted everything to you, my pride, my promise, everything! I wonβt tolerate failure! Trespass into the domain of the gods and use that might to conquer Jiren.
DO IT, KAKAROT!

The Morning of the Challenge
The first light of dawn painted the skies over Ba Sing Se in hues of gold and crimson. The Firebender stood at the edge of the massive courtyard, his breath visible in the cool morning air. Around him, warriors from all four nations gathered, their faces a mix of determination, anxiety, and excitement. He felt the warmth of his own inner flame, but today, it was tempered by the weight of the challenge ahead.
He glanced at his fellow Firebenders, who stood in a tight-knit group nearby. One of them, a broad-shouldered man with a scarred face, was sharpening his sword, his movements deliberate and precise. The Firebender approached him, offering a nod of solidarity.
βReady for this?β he asked, his voice steady.
The scarred warrior looked up, his expression hard. βIβve been ready since the day I first bent fire. No turning back now.β
The Firebender smiled faintly, appreciating the other manβs unwavering confidence. He turned his gaze to the Water Tribe warriors, who stood to the side, their blue garments a stark contrast to the stone walls of the city. One of them, a tall man with long hair tied back in a braid, was quietly meditating, his eyes closed as if he could feel the ebb and flow of the tides within him.
The Firebender walked over, curiosity getting the better of him. βHow do you stay so calm?β
The Waterbender opened his eyes, the corners of his lips lifting in a serene smile. βThe ocean teaches us that storms will come and go, but the waters always find their peace. Focus on the task at hand, and the rest will fall into place.β
Nodding, the Firebender moved on, his gaze now settling on the Earth Kingdom warriors. One of them, a burly man with arms like tree trunks, was practicing his stances, his feet firmly planted on the ground. There was an unshakeable resolve in his eyes as he met the Firebenderβs gaze.
βAre you not nervous?β the Firebender asked.
The Earthbender let out a deep, rumbling laugh. βNervous? Maybe. But the earth doesnβt care for nerves. It cares for strength. Weβve trained for thisβweβre as ready as weβll ever be.β
Finally, the Firebenderβs eyes fell on the Air Nomads, who were gathered in a small circle, talking quietly among themselves. One of them, a wiry man with a gentle face, was adjusting the straps on his glider.
βYou look eager to take to the skies,β the Firebender remarked.
The Airbender grinned, his eyes sparkling with excitement. βOf course! The winds are with us today. Just rememberβkeep your spirit light, and youβll soar.β
As the Firebender took a step back, the great gates of Ba Sing Se began to creak open, the sound echoing through the courtyard. The world beyond the city walls awaited themβa world filled with challenges, dangers, and the promise of greatness.
The Firebender looked around one last time at the faces of his fellow warriors. Some were still nervous, some excited, but all were ready. This was the moment they had been preparing for.
With a deep breath, he joined the others as they began to move forward, leaving the safety of the city behind. The journey had begun.
βGood luck, warriors!β the Firebender called out, his voice carrying over the crowd. βRemember to check in and stay strong. Weβre all in this together.β
As they ventured out into the unknown, the Firebender felt a surge of determination. This was their time, their challenge, and they would face it head-on.
The challenge had begun. ![]()

All the best, everyone!
Well, to quote Bilbo Baggins:
But if I had to pick between the categories, Iβd say I need the most work when it comes to having a better mentality.
Thanks for the format @Binocular ! Thatβll be a big help to me!
Two of the best mentality books Iβve come across:
- Canβt Hurt Me by David Goggins
- Mindset by Carol Dweck
Gogginβs is more raw inspiration and something that will propel a fight in you. Carolβs is more academic slightly, but still has some incredible lessons to share.
Alrighty,
Iβll check them out. Thanks for the recommendations! ![]()
I am ready to go beyond my limits and will try to do my best, you all will too right?
LETβS GO!

Sorry @debellator & @Binocular I am not using the format you both suggested, I have decided to check-in daily in the format which I have posted above, I want to know is all the writings in my format correct?
yep all formats are fine as long as they mention the tasks and points. The above format was just for ease for those who wish to use the same format. Keep going ![]()
