My Motivation to my Comrades

@anon63367197 , Well done comrade. Do try to study 4 hrs every. I’ll give u a tip. If you think 4 hrs is big. Plan to study such that you study 1 hr at morning , afternoon , evening and night.
This might help you to not be scared if you think 4 hrs is a big task.

If by chance , you missed a morning. Then study 1hr 20 minutes for extra for afternoon, evening and night. All the best :+1:

@DARSHAN2017 , I can understand its quite hard to comeback after a huge relapse. We are with you bro. For the time being , I’ll suggest you to get into 2 things. Exercise and Motivation. From Motivation point of view , its simple man. Just copy paste a random quote from Google ( You can even do it now to get points )

Regarding Exercise , If you find it difficult Regarding what exercise you do. I’ll suggest you to just walk . Incorporate your favourite activity along with it like manga reading , stock market , listening to music etc. All the best !!
