From 2021 to now, the ups and downs helped build resilience, but also tempted me to return to disgusting habits as a crutch to overcome the stress.
Rewire / Dopamine Reset Phase Out:
- Daily quran recitation and salat for protection from Sheytan, and most importantly guidance from the Most High. App downloaded to study and memorize Quran.
- PMO - immediate cessation. Today is day 1, approaching 18 hours as of this writing.
- Continue to exercise. Physical strength and performance was never an issue, though past experience dictates that PMO will NEVER allow one to achieve their potential. Kept me from being a world class powerlifter
- Drugs and intoxicants: Tobacco, cannabis. Cannabis cut first (today is day 1). Saturday, inshallah, will be Day 1 to quick tobacco. Nicotine gum is used as a nootropic om occasion. Alcohol was never an issue.
- Sleep: lights out at 11:00 pm. Up at 4:00 am
- Nootropic support: uridine (monophosphate or triacetyl), modafinil, noopept, piracetam, choline (bitartrate, CDP, GPC), huperzine A, lion’s mane, ALCAR, etc). Cycled and stacked by daily need. Less is more.
- Daily exercise: continue as usual, increase intensity and sessions as breathing improves post-tobacco cessation
