plz help me guys, i made 12 days streak and after that i relapsed .Now from the past 3 days i am stuck in relapse cycle aka chaser effect. I fapped 12 times in these 3 days. Plz help me guys i lost all the motivation of being on the nofap .

Dont worry this is very normal…everyone falls in chaser …now time to learn .after 20 days you can easily handle…but don’t forget to complete daily routines…at least complet meditation…

What do u mean by after 20 days.
I thinks only time can erase chaser effect. Our daily routine is not too much helping in this case. It will take 20days. Next time be aware of chaser effect.
