I’m struggling so hard to break this habit, but I relapse every day. I quit alcohol addiction 3 years ago, but I’m finding this so much more difficult. Anyone have tips, tricks, strategies that worked for just starting out? My longest streak is only 2 days. I’m realizing I need help.

Thank you for all this, there’s a lot here and it looks very valuable. I have a strong motivation, but my addictive thought patterns are very strong right now. I’ve done it before, I can do it again. Thank you for sharing all these strategies and experiences.
