Hi, Has anyone suffered from stomach problems due to masturbation? After masturbation I have to use the toilet multiple times and also sometimes suffer from frequent urination.

I’m guessing the first problem you mentioned is irritatable bowel syndrome or IBS. And it is one of the things that happens when someone is highly stressed.

I also feel same. But when I go urination before doing masturbation, urge for masturbation stopped. I drink sufficient water when urge comes.

I had lots of digestive problems, like constipation and sometimes diarrhoea when i used to masturbate frequently. I suffered from frequent urination too but since 2020 i started nofap and my fapping frequency decreased to large extent and now i don’t have any such problems.
I can understand your situation since i have been there.
I don’t know if there is any science behind this but its true for me

Hi, I am also going through same situation right now. I am unable to travel anywhere due to this problem. I get very anxious thinking that I may have to use the toilet while I am in a car or bus. I also dont know the science but it does affect the digestion in some way.

Yep i had these kinds of problems in the past but not anymore ,
I used to stress over little things

How long did it take for you to get relief from these problems?

Maybe like 1-1.5 year.
And most important thing is becoming busy. Because at that time i was free from any work so i used to notice every small symptoms that my body showed(health anxiety) i used to google my symptoms on daily basis which increased my anxiety even more.
And eat without any fear. Don’t think about it too much
