These are mine from last year. Third year in (started September 2016). Iām quite happy with the results, somehow shows that perseverance will eventually pay off

If you can quit for a day, you can quit for a lifetime. You can go much farther than 2 days brother. 20+ days, 200+ days and beyond. You can escape the addiction. Add some new tools and strategies to your plan, and remind yourself daily of the reasons why you want to escape PMO and leave free and clean.
