Hey guys… I am quiet old and I had smoked for more than 14 years… last year I quit smoking and started running to overcome this…now I want to leave fapping completely to become a wonderful man… I have lost many things dur to this habbits and now its time to leave. I know I have ruined my life… but want to give a fresh start in2021… any suggestions or help is always welcome.
